Leadership meetings are generally on the first Tuesday of the month.
Patrol Leaders' Council meetings are held in the church assembly room. This meeting is attended by patrol leaders, assistant patrol leaders and assistant scoutmasters. The purpose is to plan troop activities for the next 4 to 8 weeks. PLC meets from 7 pm to 7:30 pm.
Troop Leadership Committee meetings are held in the South Wing of FUMC, upstairs, in a room at the far west end. An alternate location is the meeting room just east of the library. All adults are encouraged to attend the committee meetings, where troop activities are discussed and planned. TLC meets from 7:30 pm to 9 pm.
